Marilyn Carroll

Marilyn Carroll is a Native of Birmingham, Alabama and lives in the metropolitan
Altanta area. Currently pursing her doctorate in organizational management at Capella
University. Carroll holds a bachelor's of science and a master's degree in business.
She has over 20 years of management and leadership experience. Among her many professional
acheivement, Carroll is Group Vice President with a financial services organization,
a member of the Society for Human Resources, American Management Association and
the Academy of Management, and the founder of Up-Next Coaching Career Consulting
Services, a non-profit organization that assists high school graduates, college
students, and professionals with career development.
Carroll is married and has two children. Antidotal Poetry is her first book.
Career Sofa
To add to the book there has been a blog site created "Career Sofa". The blog allows an open forum for personal experiences, topics and issues to be discussed where everyone has an opportunity to add their thoughts.
